A lifelong Ottawa Valley resident and respected entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of business experience, Ardie built his reputation around hard work, local knowledge, careful handling and practical commitment to customers.
His approach was direct: know the job, prepare properly, respect people's belongings, and follow through on what was promised.

Today, Ardie's Movers is owned and operated by Heather Woodhouse, a business owner with experience across several service-based companies.
Her focus is an operation where customers know what to expect, crews receive the right information before moving day, and the scope is understood before a quote is prepared.

Ardie's Movers quotes the job described before moving day rather than billing customers by the hour. When the disclosed scope is accurate and does not materially change, the quoted price is honoured.

The owner reports that the current crew has 10+ years of experience, with a typical crew of two to four movers depending on the load and distance.
